I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming villa near Lake Como. The location is a little outside the city center, but that only adds to its peacefulness. I loved waking up to the sound of singing birds and enjoying a delicious breakfast with gentle Jazz music playing in the background. The vintage decor gives the place a cozy atmosphere, and the library is like a mini museum. The staff were lovely and friendly, making me feel right at home. My room had a large balcony with a beautiful view where I could relax with a glass of wine in the evenings. The only downside was the Wi-Fi in my room not working, but that gave me the opportunity to disconnect and fully enjoy my vacation. I had a fantastic time and would gladly return for another leisurely holiday.

The rooms at the hotel were authentic and classic Italian, which added to the overall atmosphere of our stay. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options available. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing us to explore the city easily.

The wifi in the rooms was not the best, which was a bit inconvenient. the toilet water took a very long time to fill, which caused delays in using the bathroom.

The location was favourable and marvellous, near the citycentre as well as the centre of Como. Furthermore, on restaurants we could go to.

The hotel's location was beautiful, very close to a museum, Train station and Como town centre. I ate in the traditional restaurant nearby.

Our stay at Ronco Dell'Abate was worth every penny. The room was authentic and beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect for a relaxing stay outside the city center. The staff treated us like personal guests, especially Marco who was incredibly friendly and attentive.

One small suggestion to improve breakfast offerings would be to introduce more variety in the hot food options.

The whole experience was perfect from start to finish, would recommend. The hotel was UNIQUE, and we got a spotless room. Booked a room with terrace overlooking como. The staff was very amiable and the host too.

Spent a wonderful Xmas at this hotel! The rooms were authentically Italian and had a classic charm. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, with one staff member even arranging a hospital appointment and taking us there. The hotel's location was great, offering a peaceful atmosphere away from the city. And the library collection was amazing!

The room we stayed in could have been better equipped, lacking some basic amenities like a second pair of towels and shower necessities. The shower itself was inconvenient and needed a shower cap.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ronco Dell'Abate! The rooms were beautifully decorated with a nice view and the bed and mattress provided a restful night's sleep. The highlight was being able to explore the library and browse through centuries-old books. The breakfast featured fresh regional products and delicious juice. The owner and staff were kind and dedicated. As young people, we enjoyed every aspect of our stay here.

The breakfast is the best, most beautiful, and delicious in Italy. Free parking, Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour security, express check-in/out, and lift are available. The location is perfect, with the option to hike and a short walk to the city. I can't wait to go back!
